E-D-D (Extra Deep Drawing) is technology developed by our company to improve sheet metal deep drawing capabilities.

E-D-D can draw material that is normally not thought to be suitable for drawing. Also, it can improve the yield rate.

■

E-D-D can make drawing possible without annealing in the middle of the process. (This will work especially well for materials that have high strain hardening, such as austenitic Stainless steel/ Titanium)

E-D-D is even able to draw non-round shapes (ovals, squares, etc.) and super deep products that used to be not possible to draw, utilizing the similar process at the similar processing cost.
