Our precision stamping features our special processing system which allows us to control with a high degree of accuracy the laminating work of metal such as stainless steel, titanium and magnesium, which have large spring back and strain hardening characteristics. |

Our precision stamping is based on using our own custom-made tools. We not only use a high-accuracy stamping machine but also a tool temperature control system and tools which have a special coating to prevent dimensional change during processing. |

Well-made products needing a lot of processing (such as optical instruments) are also achieved by using heat treatment techniques to remove deformation. |
